Abuakwa North: MCE Eulogieses Bright Senior High School After WASSCE Performance.

Honourable Umar Babs Bodinga (Alhaji), Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Abuakwa North Municipal Assembly has on the 9th of February, 2022 visited Bright Senior High School as part of his familiarization tour to institutions in the Municipality.

He was welcomed by the President of the school, Mr Bright Amponsah Nyarko and a section of members from the school’s administration.

Addressing the students, the Honourable Municipal Chief Executive congratulated Bright Senior High School for placing first the Abuakwa North Academic league table and. admonished the continuing students to replicate the achievements of their predecessors.

“I want to congratulate Bright Senior High School for emerging as the best in the Municipality with reference to the 2021 academic league table for Abuakwa North in connection with the results from the just ended West African Examination Council (WAEC) made available by the Abuakwa North Directorate of the Ghana Education Service (GES). I know you will be writing the next examination, your predecessors have thrown you a challenge to maintain or take the school to another level. I’m sure my presence here as the Municipal Chief Executive, recognising the school’s performance will motivate you to retain and go beyond the expectations of all.” Submitted Alhaji Umar Babs Bodinga.

Mr Bright Amponsah Nyarko, speaking at the sideline of the visit with Nana Kwasi Asare, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Municipal Chief Executive and entourage for the visit and said the honour done them will go a long way to motivate the school especially the continuing students to do more.

Mr Bright Amponsah Nyarko added that, Bright Senior High School will do everything within its strength to retain the academic achievement to make the Municipality proud.

He attributed the academic laurels to God an the hard work of the school in general.

The president of the institution, admonished parents to always choose for their wards, a God fearing school with high moral standards and the rest will be added of which Bright Senior High is of no exception.

Mr Bright Amponsah Nyarko, further expressed his profound gratitude to the experienced staff and all who in one way or the other contributed to the school’s success story.
