2. Account approval

Registration does not automatically grant access.

Every account remains pending until approved by an Administrator.

Global News Arena reserves the right to approve or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Writer responsibilities

Writers agree to publish only lawful, ethical, accurate, and original content.

Writers shall not publish:

• Hate speech
• Defamatory content
• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Plagiarized work
• Malware
• Spam
• Fraudulent information
• Obscene or illegal material

Each writer accepts full legal responsibility for every article published under their account.

4. Direct publishing responsibility

Approved writers may have access to publish articles directly. Accordingly:

• Each published article remains the sole responsibility of its author.
• Global News Arena does not assume legal responsibility for articles published by individual writers.
• Publication does not constitute endorsement by the website, Administrators, Editor-in-Chief, Editors, or Staff.

5. Editorial authority

Global News Arena reserves the right to:

• Edit articles
• Remove articles
• Correct formatting
• Update headlines
• Add corrections
• Archive content
• Suspend publication
• Remove inappropriate material

These actions may occur before or after publication.

6. Account suspension or termination

The Administrator may suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove any account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misconduct
• Abuse
• False reporting
• Copyright infringement
• Defamation
• Spam
• Illegal activity
• Security concerns

Editors may recommend removal or suspension of writers, but final account deletion and role changes remain under the authority of the Administrator.

7. Intellectual property

Writers retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed.

By publishing content on Global News Arena, the writer grants the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Publish
• Display
• Archive
• Index
• Promote
• Translate
• Distribute
• Share
• Reproduce excerpts for promotional purposes

The writer confirms they possess all necessary rights to grant this license.

8. Copyright infringement

Global News Arena respects intellectual property rights.

If copyright infringement is reported and verified, the platform may:

• Remove the content
• Suspend the writer
• Permanently terminate the account
• Cooperate with legal authorities where required

9. Reader conduct

Readers agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt website operations
• Upload malicious software
• Scrape protected content in violation of applicable law or the website's policies
• Harass writers or staff
• Violate applicable laws

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global News Arena, its owners, Administrators, Editor-in-Chief, Editors, Staff, affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Articles published by contributors
• User-generated content

• Technical failures

11. Indemnification

Writers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global News Arena, its owners, Administrators, Editor-in-Chief, Editors, Staff, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal proceedings, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Articles they publish
• Copyright infringement
• Defamation
• False or misleading statements
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
