Oluwafemi Ajewole is the Nigerian evangelist and actor known as Alfa Sule and Otiganpa. He is the elder brother of the comedian Woli Agba.

He was born on 2 August, and his work has been based in Ibadan, Oyo State, for most of his career.

His title is evangelist, and that word explains his work better than comedian does. He is a preacher who uses drama, dance and comedy to carry a message, and he has never hidden the order of those priorities.

In 2002 he founded Christ Chosen Vessels Dance Drama Ministry, an evangelical dance drama ministry. It started small, with about ten students. Today the group carries more than forty cast members.

The ministry performs in churches and releases recorded productions. Early releases such as Take Heed and Otiganpa brought it wide attention, and a stage production titled Alfa Sule gave the group, and him, the name audiences still use today.

He is a builder of talent as much as a performer.

Over two decades the ministry has trained young actors, dancers and comedians, and the most famous product of that training is his own younger brother, who joined the group and played a prophet character that Nigerians now know by name.

That character came out of his production. The Woli Agba persona that the country watches on a phone today was born inside a ministry Femi Ajewole built in Ibadan.

He has also defended the place of dance drama in the church, insisting that the work is ministry and evangelism, not simply entertainment dressed in costume.

He is married with children, and he keeps his family away from the noise of his public work.

His contribution is easy to miss because it happened in church halls rather than on timelines. He built the stage, trained the cast and wrote the productions that produced a comedy star, and the ministry is still running.
